Choose Your Shifts

Instead of waiting for an employer to assign your schedule, you can browse available shifts near you and select the opportunities that fit your life. This makes Bacon useful for people who want occasional work as well as those looking to regularly pick up additional shifts.

Build Your Bacon Profile

After completing a shift, both workers and companies can rate their experience. Consistently performing well can help strengthen your Bacon presence and potentially lead to more opportunities.

Bacon's Level Up program also gives workers a way to progress and unlock additional opportunities as they build their experience on the platform.
