THE FURTHER MIS-ADVENTURES OF CLIFF BOOTH
The Further Mis-Adventures of Cliff Booth takes place in 1977, several years after the events of Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood. Cliff Booth is no longer simply a Hollywood stuntman. In a changing Los Angeles, he works different jobs while using his unusual skills to act as a fixer for people who need problems solved outside the usual rules. His latest assignment begins when talent agent Karen Crosby asks him to help television star Charlie Peters, a performer known for doing his own stunts. Cliff soon becomes involved with Charlie's wife Toni, former football champion Roderick “Hot Rod” Harrison, and the mysterious Verdusco brothers. What begins as another Hollywood job gradually develops into a dangerous crime story involving ambition, violence, desire and betrayal. Directed by David Fincher and written by Quentin Tarantino, the film continues the story of Cliff Booth in a very different era of Hollywood.
