Our Sticky Love - Season 1 (2026)
Our Sticky Love - Season 1 is a Korean romantic comedy series that mixes an unusual love story with mystery, crime and a touch of small-town drama. The story follows an ambitious prosecutor whose life takes an unexpected turn after she loses her memory and finds herself living with a man who insists that he is her boyfriend.
Originally titled 이런 엿 같은 사랑, the series builds its story around an unusual question: what happens when someone wakes up without any memory of the person they supposedly love? For Go Eun-sae, finding the answer becomes much more complicated when the man claiming to know her best may also be hiding the biggest secret of all.
A New Life Without Memories
Go Eun-sae is a determined prosecutor who has built her life around her career. Intelligent and ambitious, she is accustomed to investigating difficult cases and confronting people who would rather keep their secrets hidden.
Her life changes after an unexpected incident leaves her with severe memory loss. When she wakes up, the world she once knew has effectively disappeared. She cannot remember her work, her relationships or the events that brought her to this point.
Instead of returning immediately to her old life, Eun-sae finds herself in an unfamiliar rural community. There she meets Jang Tae-ha, a former boxer who now works as a boxing coach.
The Man Who Says He Is Her Boyfriend
Tae-ha makes a surprising claim: he tells Eun-sae that they are in a relationship. The problem is that she has absolutely no memory of him.
With nothing in her memories capable of confirming his story, Eun-sae remains suspicious. She begins watching Tae-ha closely, trying to understand why he is so determined to take care of her and what he might be hiding.
At first, their unusual living arrangement creates plenty of awkward and humorous moments. Eun-sae is not prepared to simply accept everything she is told, while Tae-ha has to maintain a story that becomes increasingly difficult to control.
From Boxing Ring to Quiet Countryside
Jang Tae-ha has his own complicated history. Once connected to a darker world, he eventually attempts to leave that life behind and starts working as a boxing coach.
His quiet existence changes when Eun-sae enters his life. Protecting her means confronting people and problems he thought he had escaped, while keeping her true identity hidden becomes increasingly dangerous.
The contrast between Tae-ha's rough background and Eun-sae's sophisticated personality creates an entertaining dynamic. They are very different people, yet circumstances force them to depend on one another.
When a Fake Relationship Starts Feeling Real
The romantic side of the story develops gradually. Eun-sae initially treats Tae-ha's claims with skepticism, but spending time together gives her a chance to see a different side of him.
Tae-ha's original reasons for keeping Eun-sae close may not be entirely romantic, but his feelings begin to change as they become more familiar with each other. What starts as an arrangement built around a lie slowly develops into something neither of them expected.
This creates one of the central conflicts of the season. If Eun-sae eventually remembers everything, will she still have the same feelings for Tae-ha? And what will happen when she discovers why he lied about their relationship?
A Mystery Hidden Behind the Romance
Although Our Sticky Love has plenty of romantic comedy elements, the story also contains a serious mystery involving Eun-sae's past.
Her memory loss is connected to events that occurred before she arrived in the countryside. Her work as a prosecutor also places her in the middle of a dangerous situation involving people who have powerful reasons to keep certain information hidden.
Tae-ha's own history becomes connected to Eun-sae's problems, forcing him to choose between protecting the woman in front of him and confronting the people from his past.
The Village Becomes Part of the Story
The rural setting gives the series a different atmosphere from the busy world Eun-sae knew as a prosecutor. The village is filled with distinctive personalities, unexpected friendships and situations that add humor to the otherwise serious mystery.
For Eun-sae, this new environment becomes a place where she can slowly rebuild her life. At the same time, it gives her an opportunity to discover aspects of herself that may have been hidden beneath her professional identity.
Jung Hae-in and Ha Young
Jung Hae-in takes the role of Jang Tae-ha, portraying a former boxer who has attempted to build a quieter life after leaving behind his troubled past. His character combines a tough exterior with a more caring personality that becomes increasingly visible throughout the story.
Ha Young plays Go Eun-sae, an ambitious prosecutor who suddenly has to navigate the world without access to her own memories. Her character's investigation into her past becomes closely connected to the developing romance.
The supporting cast adds another layer to the series, particularly through the characters surrounding Tae-ha and the criminal world connected to his past.
What to Expect From Season 1
The first season focuses on the gradual relationship between Eun-sae and Tae-ha while revealing pieces of the mystery surrounding her memory loss.
Viewers can expect a combination of romance, comedy, suspense and emotional drama. The story moves between lighter moments in the countryside and more serious developments involving hidden identities, criminal connections and Eun-sae's former life.
As more details emerge, the relationship between the two main characters becomes increasingly complicated. The closer Eun-sae gets to recovering the truth, the greater the risk that the life she has created with Tae-ha could disappear.

Our Sticky Love - Season 1 offers more than a straightforward romance. The unusual memory-loss premise gives the relationship an element of uncertainty, while Tae-ha's mysterious past keeps the story connected to a larger crime narrative.
The combination of an ambitious prosecutor, a former boxer, a suspicious love story and a quiet countryside setting gives the drama its own identity. As Eun-sae searches for the person she used to be, she also has to decide whether the new life she is building might be more important than the memories she lost.
With romance and mystery developing side by side, the first season is built around one central question: when the truth finally comes back, can the love created in its absence survive?
